The Pandemic has been difficult for everyone, for some it has been heartbreaking, devastating, and disastrous, for others like myself, the effects have been significant but survivable. When I feel the depression and anxiety creeping into my consciousness I've had to drag myself up, brush myself off, and think about how I/we all can try and use this experience to learn and grow.

Melissa De Witte has presented some great suggestions and solutions in her article How We Build a Better Normal After the Pandemic I highly recommend reading this article hosted by The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley (GGSC) that emphasizes practicing empathy, kindness and technology to begin to create new personal and social norms that will result in a better future. Change begins with each one of us, first. And I guarantee if you make an effort to practice these things it will definitely help make you feel a whole lot better!
